Staff
The Staff of Ingham Primary School
There are lots of very special staff who work at our school. Here they are:
Mrs Hutchinson-Headteacher
Headteacher, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Designated Teacher (Safeguarding), Pupil Premium, Race Equality, British Values, Health and Safety
I feel very lucky to be Headteacher at the school where I myself attended as a child, as well as my 3 daughters. The school has certainly changed a lot since I came here! I have lovely memories of sitting in Oak class when I was younger, and my happy experience at school was what made me go into teaching.
I trained in Leeds and I have been teaching since 2000. I have worked at 4 schools in the Lincoln and Gainsborough area. I live in Ingham and am married with 3 daughters. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching our daughters play netball and reading.
Mrs Lovett-Oak Class (Year 5 and 6)
Senior Teacher (KS2), English Lead, Personal Development, RE, Pupil Premium Champion, Educational Visits Coordinator, Work Experience and Volunteer Lead
I joined Ingham Primary school following a secondment here from my previous school, St Faith and St Martin Junior School in Lincoln.
I am passionate about enabling all children to fulfill their personal and academic potential. RE is one of my favourite subjects to teach as it gives children opportunities to challenge their own beliefs and encourages compassion for the varied beliefs of others in our own community and the wider world.
I am married with three daughters. I enjoy running and swim competitively for Lincoln Vulcan's Swimming Club. To relax, I love to read and potter around in my garden.
Mrs Peacock-Willow Class (EYFS)
Senior Teacher (KS1), Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, SENCO, Phonics Lead, History Middle Leader, Geography Middle Leader, PE + Sports Premium
Hello, I am Mrs Peacock, I feel incredibly lucky to have been a part of the teaching staff here at Ingham Primary school for the last 20 years. It is indeed my extended family and my second home. It is a privilege to welcome so many children into the school and see them grow and change as they travel through school and transition to secondary education. I am married with 3 amazing children and 2 gorgeous grandchildren. I love family time, weekends away in the Camper van, reading and home baking.
Miss Larkin-Rowan Class (Year 1 and 2)
Music Middle Leader, School council
I was delighted to join the team at Ingham Primary School as Year 1/2 class teacher in 2022. Having completed my teacher training locally, I feel privileged to be part of such a close community.
My favourite subject to teach is English and I particularly love exploring new vocabulary and bringing reading to life. It is always so rewarding to observe the progress that the children make throughout the year.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, baking and occasionally, diving!
Miss Bartrop-Maple Class (Year 3 and 4)
IT and Maths Lead
I was excited to join the team at Ingham School as the Year 3/4 teacher in 2022. I have been teaching pupils across Key Stage 2 in and around Lincoln for over 20 years. In this time, I have learnt how valuable a growth mindset is. I strive to create a classroom where individuals are challenged to do their best and mistakes are celebrated and learnt from. We never stop learning!
I live locally with my partner and enjoy walking with Floss our greyhound and spending time in the garden.
Mrs O'Grady
Teacher, First Aid, Modern Foreign Languages
I have been involved with Ingham Primary School since 1996, first volunteering, then teacher training here before working at Waddingham Primary School. I continued volunteering whilst there and returned to Ingham in 2010, to work as a supply teacher, TA and 1:1 as needed. I love my job and have enjoyed seeing our children grow and helping them to develop during this time. Outside of school, I am a mum, keen gardener and Chair of Fillingham Parish Meeting.
Mrs Elliott
Teaching Assistant
I joined Ingham Primary School in 2005 and have loved every minute! I started out as a 1:1 assistant and have therefore spent time in all the different year groups across the school. I am currently working mostly in Rowan class. It's been a privilege to get to know so many children and their families over the years.
Miss Apps
Teaching Assistant
I have been at Ingham school for over 2 years and every day is different. Each day is filled with laughter, advice, lessons and learning. I have met so many amazing children and made some great memories. I believe dreams don't have to just be dreams. You can make it a reality; if you just keep pushing and keep trying, then eventually you'll reach your goal. Enjoy the journey, embrace the failure and shape YOUR future.
Mrs Williamson
Teaching Assistant
I have been lucky enough to have worked at Ingham since January 2014. I adore being part of this wonderful school community and feel privileged to have worked in different classes. I have a passion for learning which makes the classroom a perfect environment for me; the children teach me something new every day!
Mrs Spencer
Senior Midday Supervisor, Teaching Assistant
I have worked at Ingham Primary School for over 20 years and I have worked in every class. My youngest son attended Ingham school and with the help of the dedicated staff team, he has reached his goals as an adult. I enjoy watching the children develop and grow, and it is lovely for me to now work with children of the children I had in classes from years ago!
Mrs Roberts

Mrs Bush
Finance Administrator
Mrs Rampley
Photographer/Social Media Manager
I was a regular parent volunteer at Ingham Primary school from 2013 - 2021.
I enjoyed helping across all year groups and capturing the many school events on camera with my passion for photography.
In 2022 I joined the staff team to assist with the running of the website, the social media channels and to expand the photography side, including video and reels of the varied program of visitors, trips and activities the school offers. Outside of school I also run my own business, enjoy watching my sons play sport and volunteer on our village fundraising committee.
